IPO on the Swiss Exchange SWX in Zurich, 70% of the capital remains with the founding families.
Large manufacturing investments in a knitting plant in Switzerland, two sewing plants in Hungary and Portugal, a fully automated distribution centre and a factory in India.
The Kellenberger family acquires a majority stake of 51%. The Palmers family leaves the company.
Apart from the two sewing plants in Hungary and Portugal, all activities are concentrated in Sursee.
