Increase investments in core brands by 30 percent to further accelerate their international growth.
Expand own distribution channels
Increase the share of own distribution channels to 70 percent of Group net sales by 2026 to ensure better brand control and profitability growth.
Play an active role in market consolidation
Acquire growth brands in the underwear and lingerie segment to steadily expand market share and make the CALIDA GROUP a top player in the underwear and lingerie market.
Expand the platform for consistent brand support
In line with the focus on the underwear and lingerie segment, increase Group synergies and create additional platforms as the basis to drive accelerated growth.

CALIDA is founded by Max Kellenberger and Hans Joachim Palmers.
IPO on the Swiss Exchange SWX in Zurich, 70% of the capital remains with the founding families.
Large manufacturing investments in a knitting plant in Switzerland, two sewing plants in Hungary and Portugal, a fully automated distribution centre and a factory in India.
The Kellenberger family acquires a majority stake of 51%. The Palmers family leaves the company.
The year of restructuring after many years in the red. The knitting and sewing plants in Switzerland are closed and the factory in India is sold. The overall company structure is streamlined.
The company acquires the French lingerie brand AUBADE. Integration and restructuring follow in the next years.
